May 10th and 17th, 6:00-8:00p.m. for Grades 6th, 7th, and 8th
Starting next Tuesday, May 2nd workouts will be 3:30 - 5:00p.m. Tuesday, Wed., Thursday for Grades 9- 12
Summer Workout Schedule:
Starting June 6th workouts will be Monday - Thursday Mornings 6:30-9:30a.m.
This includes lifting and field work.
My expectations are you need to be there! This will benefit our team as a whole and give us a great foundation going forward!
